Plans for 2016 and the Medium Term

In 2016 the Company will continue the further development of its core business processes and projects, including:

·         development and approval of the annual bonus payment system;

·         development of grades system for employees of the managing company;

·         further centralization of personnel administration functions;

·         development of the incentive system for employees of commercial and sales divisions;

·         systematization and development of professional training for workers and DSO (directors, specialists, officials), increased relevance of functional academies, creation of targeted modular programmes for the business’ objectives;

·         development of new simulators / training tools;

·         expansion of the programs, formation for planning procedures and employment of graduates of the external talent pool programs.
